Bruce is a Laboratory Technician. He loves to play the guitar and drums and is a musical genius who has performed in metal bands around the Columbia River Gorge. Bruce enjoys fine dining and expensive wine – yeah right. He likes to watch movies with his family and mess around with computer games. Bruce and his wife, Serena, have a son, Caleb, and are expecting twins in August, 2007.:
Greg Doss
Title: QC Manager/Microbiologist

Greg Doss graduated from Oregon State University in 1996 where he earned a B.Sc. degree in microbiology. Following college he brewed professionally for five years. He spent 2 years as an assistant brewer with Big Horse Brewing Co. (Hood River, OR) and 3 years as the head brewer of The Rock Brewing (Seattle). In 2000, Greg returned to Hood River to join the staff of Wyeast Laboratories, where he currently works as QC Manager and Microbiologist. In his spare time, Greg likes to spend time with his family, brew beer, hike, and play basketball.:
Jess Caudill
Title: Microbiologist/Brewer

Jess Caudill is one of Wyeast’s microbiologists and brewers. During his last semester of college, he began his brewing career at Treaty Grounds Brewpub in Moscow, Idaho. Over the next 7 years he spent time brewing at breweries ranging in size from 7 to 220 Bbls. Jess lives in Hood River with his wife Cynthia and their three children: Indigo, Scarlet and Judah. In his spare time, he works in his glass art studio and organizes a local film festival.:
