Product: Natural anti-oxidant
Description: This product is extracted from renewable plant materials and used to increase the shelf-life and improve the colloidal stability of beer.
Usage Rate: In the mash tun: 8 grams per barrel of mash water.
In the kettle: 5 grams per barrel of wort.

Dissolve powder in warm water. 
In the mash tun:  Add solution to mash water prior to mashing if possible.  If not, add solution to mash at the beginning of mashing in.

In the kettle: Add solution 5-10 minutes prior to end of boil.  If other kettle finings are added, add solution 5 minutes before adding other kettle finings.

Stability:  1 year when stored cool in an airtight container.
Packaging:  Tanal B is available in 1, 3, 10, 25 and 50 pound units.
