|Usage Rate:||In the mash tun: 8 grams per barrel of mash water.
In the kettle: 5 grams per barrel of wort.
Dissolve powder in warm water.
In the kettle: Add solution 5-10 minutes prior to end of boil. If other kettle finings are added, add solution 5 minutes before adding other kettle finings.
|Stability:||1 year when stored cool in an airtight container.|
