Wyeast began by supplying the Brewing Industry with "Pure Liquid Yeast" cultures in 1986. We soon discovered that the Wine Industry had similar interests in pure cultures. We have continued to develop and refine our culture collection and are now able to offer an extensive and diversified yeast culture collection to beer, wine, mead, cider, and distillery and sake professionals.
Our Staff of microbiologists are here to provide our professional customers with insightful technical support, as well as assistance with strain selection. We offer custom yeast strain archiving and propagation to volumes needed by the individual. We provide microbial analysis as well as chemical and physical analysis.

Each order is custom made to your needs by our microbiologists, and hand packed by our shipping specialist in an insulated box with ice.
