Soave is a blended dry white wine whose quality and character can vary widely. Soave is dominated by the variety Garganega with up to 30% Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, or Trebbiano.Origin:
Soave comes from the Veneto region in north east Italy.
Tips:
Wood aging can improve the profile if Chardonnay is used as the blending partner.
