Asti is produced from the Moscato Bianco grape and is typically light and sweet with an alcohol content of between 7 and 9.5 percent and between 3.5 and 4 atmospheres of pressure in the bottle.

Origin:
Asti is a town in the Piedmont province in north west Italy. Asti is the recently shortened name of Asti Spumante.
