Grappa, Marc, and Bagaceira are all types of Pomace Brandy. Pomace brandy is made from the lees of the grapes from the fermentation vessel. Good pomace brandies can convey the character of the grape extremely well.

Origin:
Grappa, Marc, and Bagaceira are all names for brandy made from grape pommace as opposed to wine. Grappa comes from Italy, Marc comes from France, and Bagaceira comes from Portugal.
